Cleo (F) HC4519

Age: 5 years

Cleo is a sweet, calm and quiet tabby cat. Like every cat she might come across shy in the beginning, but her curiosity is stronger than her fear of the unknown!

After she ventured into the garden, she fell in love with it. She spent all summer sunbathing on a lounger, chasing bugs, watching birds, watching the neighbours, but she never jumped the fence. She would squeak at you if you are not moving fast enough to open the door.

Her favourite toy is a shoe lace. She carries it around the house, we often find it in front of our bedroom or by the front door when we come home.

She doesn't like men!

Cleo has had some health issues in the past having been born half the size of her siblings. She has had a recent health check as follows.

Cleo seems to be coping well with an unknown/undiagnosed congenital nervous system abnormality. She does not require any additional medications or support and quality of life is good at this time, but it is impossible to predict how her health will progress in the future. There is a slight concern about her elevated respiratory rate and abdominal effort when breathing.  The issues seems fairly localised to her laynx/throat region  She is still very small at 2.5kg.

Cleo deserves her own female-only forever home where she will be loved and cared for with lasting commitment.  Whoever can offer her this will be much rewarded.

Purrdy (M) HC4933

Age: 5 years

Purrdy was a stray being fed by a group of neighbours but as they all had their own pets couldn't keep him. He has been in a foster home for a while now and we have recently had an update on how he is getting on...

Overall, he has really come out of himself and his personality is much more obvious. He "talks", lets you know exactly what he wants and if his requests aren't attended to quickly enough he lets you know by more insistent noises.
He has become very affectionate, likes to sit or sleep on my lap or by my side quite often and will sometimes try to rub his face on mine as though "marking" me.
He's now very keen to be brushed and will roll repeatedly from side to side as though he wants to make sure both sides get the same treatment. He has also discovered a concrete seat in the garden which gets warmed by the sun. He loves to sleep on it and is very happy to have his grooming sessions there while he relaxes. If it has been raining and he comes in wet, he likes to be towelled dry.
When he wants to eat, he will sometimes go straight to his bowl and tuck in to his food. If there is not a lot of food left and he can see the bottom of the bowl, he "requests" the bowl to be replenished.  When that is done he will still sometimes wait for a verbal invitation to start eating before he does.
He likes his toys and especially if I join in and play with him. He is absolutely fascinated by empty bags and always gets inside them, sometimes sitting there quietly for some time before he gets out again. The first time it happened I didn't know what was going on when, what appeared to be an empty bag sitting on the floor, suddenly began to move!

Purrdy can still scratch or bite, much less often as time has passed and I understand more about the triggers which might cause that behaviour: moving hands/arms near his face, not attending to his requests quickly enough leading to irritation on his part and a bad reaction. Proximity to him on those occasions has to be carefully managed. I am sure he has had some bad experiences in the past which is causing this behaviour. But he is such a lovely boy and is very rewarding. He would make an ideal companion and I feel he would continue to improve with the passing of time and the right owner.

  • Purrdy has been neutered, microchipped and is fully vaccinated

Spyder (M) HC5112

Age: 3 years

Spyder turned up in his fosterers' garden, very scared and extremely hungry.  Vets confirmed he wasn't microchipped and despite posting on local forums nobody claimed him.

He's friendly and affectionate on his own terms but spends a lot of time outdoors regardless of the weather and not a lap cat.  He is also a prolific hunter and  a wanderer  so it would need to be somewhere very safe from traffic,  he currently lives in a very quiet cul-de-sac.  Spyder is quite a small cat for a boy.

He's friendly with other cats outside,  but not so keen on them coming into "his house" apart from one female who lives a few doors away.

  • Adult only home required
  • Garden required
  • Spyder has been neutered, microchipped and is fully vaccinated

Lena (F) HC5186

Age: 2 years
Lena is related to Poppy
Must be homed with Poppy

Lena is a lovely, playful calico lady. She has been with her foster family for a few months now, together with her sister Poppy. Although they were quite shy at the beginning, giving them plenty of time to adjust has helped them feel completely at home and show their true personalities.

Lena is sweet, intelligent, curious, and loves to explore her surroundings. Once settled in her new home, she will happily follow you around to check out what you're doing. She enjoys chasing a ball (or her sister) up and down the stairs, looking out of windows, and relaxing in her favourite quiet spots. Food and play time help a lot with getting her attention and gaining her trust. She's an absolute pro at getting Dreamies out of the treat dispenser toy!

While in the first few weeks she was a little unsure around humans, she gained a lot more confidence with time: when she's relaxed, she really enjoys cuddles and brushing, and has become a lot less shy with house guests. She quite likes her me-time, lounging in her igloo bed or observation point at the top of the stairs. She is at her most relaxed in the morning, and tends to get active in the evening, playing with Poppy and getting very chatty when dinner time is approaching.

Lena and Poppy are fairly independent, and can easily handle being home on their own if people are not around for part of the day. They are not lap cats, but they do enjoy sharing space with people, and are wonderful to be around. They will be at their best with adopters who are happy to give them all the time they need to relax and feel at home. They will appreciate a few quiet spots to retreat to when they need rest or safety (they will love igloo cat beds or a cat tree). Over the summer, we also found that they really enjoy being outdoors: if a secure garden is available, they will spend hours exploring every corner.

Both of them sit with us every evening now, Poppy rushes over as soon as Lena is settled!

Poppy (F) HC5209

Age: 2 years
Poppy is related to Lena
Must be homed with Lena

Poppy is a stunning tabby with the sweetest round face and yellow eyes. She has been with her foster family for a few months now, together with her sister Lena. Although they were quite shy at the beginning, giving them plenty of time to adjust has helped them feel completely at home and show their true personalities.

Poppy is curious, playful and easy-going, though she is the more timid of the two sisters. At the beginning, she may prefer to follow Lena's lead when playing and getting to know her surroundings; however, she definitely has a mind of her own, and will very much enjoy solo explorations once she gains confidence. Over time, she has become comfortable to the point that she follows people around all the time, and is always on the lookout for a new adventure (and treats). She also loves playing with Lena or by herself, looking out of windows, and napping in her favourite safe spots.

She is an inquisitive and friendly cat who loves being in the same room as her favourite humans, but she is not a fan of cuddles or being touched. Initially, she will likely keep at a safe distance, but food treats and play time help with getting her attention and gaining her trust. As she gains confidence, she is also becoming chattier and showing her silly side: it's very funny to watch her run after toys and try to catch flies, and she's incredibly sweet when she eats Dreamies out of our hands!

Poppy and Lena are fairly independent, and can easily handle being home on their own if people are not around for part of the day. Pixie (F) HC5261

Age: 2 years
Pixie is related to Pippin
Must be homed with Pippin

Pixie and Pippin were born outside to a stray cat, and because they lived outside without human contact for the first few weeks of their lives they were really timid at first.

They have settled in well, still a bit nervous but enjoy racing round the house.  Pippin has progressed to sitting on my lap, Pixie will sit near me and I have been able to give her some strokes on her terms so things are improving nicely.  They both adore my other pair of fosters so would do well with another feline friendly cat.

Because they are more shy than many of our kittens we think they would thrive better if they were to stay together and in a home without young children

Grace (F) HC5427

Age: 18 months
Grace is related to Will
Must be homed with Will

Grace (black) and  Will (white & black) are brother and sister.  They have been overlooked because of their colour, which is such a shame as they are wonderful kittens.

They would like to be homed together as they are very fond of each other.

Will loves having his tummy tickled. He's a fun and playful kitten and has a little penguin toy which he is very fond of.  He is absolutely adorable and deserves his own family

Grace has the sleekest coat and big eyes. She is super sweet and very playful and loves to be with people. They will be loving, affectionate kittens to whoever adopts them.

They both sit outside the bathroom door waiting for whoever is in there to.come out and play with them.

Petal (F) HC5450

Age: 18 months

Pretty Petal is such a special little girl. She is has beautiful calico markings of black and ginger on a shiny, soft white coat - she is simply stunning.

We don't know why Petal is so shy, but whatever the reason we are here for her to move at her own pace and do what she feels comfortable with.

She loves playing. She is one of those cats with some absolute favourite toys: a red soft ball and a little bunny Easter decoration she's managed to find somewhere. These toys go everywhere with her. If you see Petal napping in a bed or a basket somwhere in the house, it is almost certain either Red Ball or Bunny is in there with her. She carries them around, chirping loudly, or bats them around with her paws all over the house.

Sweet Petal has grown into a beautiful young cat. She is still adventurous and inquisitive like a kitten, but has also calmed down a lot and loves a snooze together in bed, or a little nap in one of her favourite spots in the sunshine in the garden. She adores resident cat Darcy, and at dusk and evening time they have the zoomies together, chasing each other around the garden.

She loves playing chase with pompoms and ping pong balls, but prefers when the toy is animated by a human - wand toys and strings to chase are also very popular! Petal is definitely an only cat kind of girl, but she does need company from her humans. We think she needs some space and time to allow her to flourish and grow into the confident little lady we just know is in there somewhere.

We think it would be nice for her to be homed somewhere that is calm, with people who understand young cats who just need a little more time and bit of understanding. We really believe she will warm up to people - kissing sounds, gentle coaxing and holding your hand out while sitting or croaching down will usually get her to come and have a little fuss with you. She doesn't like it when you walk up to her, it's tooooo scary! She needs to come to you. That's ok little Petal, take your time.

There are more photos and videos of Petal having cuddles and playing on her foster home's Facebook page.

Puzzle (F) HC5569

Age: 2 years

Lovely Puzzle gave birth 3 days after she came into our care and successfully raised her brood of 6 kittens and is now looking for her own forever home.  She is a lovely all round family cat and so clever!  Her fosterers have taught her to sit and to give paw!  She loves attention and would therefore probably prefer to be an only cat where she can get all the love and attention that she deserves.    She is still a young cat, very playful and leaping high to chase the flying feather toy or sleeping in the rabbit box full of hay.   She is intrigued by the house rabbit but not at all aggressive towards him

Holly (F) HC5605

Age: 2 years

Holly came into our care as a stray with 3 kittens who have now been adopted.

Holly is nicknamed 'Toothless' in our house due to her similar resemblance to the Dragon (Don't worry, she doesn't act like one!). She is such a sweet and playful girl and has really come into her character since we began fostering her.

She loves exploring but always comes back to the house for a snooze, It's incredible how calm and relaxed she is living in a home with 7 humans! We have totally fallen in love with Holly, she really deserves a special home with people that will give her all the cuddles and kisses she deserves

Black cats tend to be overlooked in preference to one of the "prettier" colours but often have the sweetest temperaments.  Holly certainly does.

Thelma (F) HC5614

Age: 2 years

Thelma plus two other adult cats were strays who turned up in somebody's garden.

Thelma is playful and loves to bat the foam balls around like she's a tennis player!

Here's what her foster home has to say about her:-  "Thelma is all black with a few white flecks on her face. The short time she has been with me she's gone from hiding to being happy to come up for chin rubs.  She's looking for a home with patient owners that will give her time to settle and gain her trust. She's a great eater, and will come and find you if she hears the rustle of the dreamies pouch! "

We think Thelma would prefer to be an only cat in an adult home or one with older teenage children.

CeeCee (F) HC5619

Age: 18 months

CeeCee is a sleek shiny black cat with a brilliant white patch on her belly. She is very well socialised and brave - within 10 minutes of arriving at our home, she was busy walking around sniffing and exploring her surroundings.

She is full of energy and loves to play - jumping to catch and running after her toys. She loves human company and follows us from room to room. She is very friendly and comes up to greet us with sweet head bumps and rubs on our hands and legs. She will be very happy in a home where there is someone in most of the day to keep her company and play with her.

Miley (F) HC5624

Age: 22 months

Meet Miley.  She is a pretty tabby and white young lady, who was living as a stray before she came into our care.

She’s very playful and cuddly  and does like people, but is a little wary and occasionally swipes hands away (no claws!) but only if something scares her.    She isn't happy living with other cats and needs to be the only cat in the family.

She’s a sweet little thing, playful and chatty, and with the right people to give her a home she will really come out of her shell.  Possibly an adult only home might be best for her.

Ruby (F) HC5627

Age: 14 months
Ruby is related to Raya

As a foster parent for these two amazing sisters, Ruby and Raya, I consider myself to be one of the luckiest 'mummies'. The joy they bring every minute into my life is very precious.

I have a very wild garden, which they both love exploring.  One afternoon in June, my heart almost stopped when i saw Ruby coming into the house, limping badly.

I will never know what happened to her, and how she hurt herself so badly. The vet told us that her foot was shattered in so many places and as wonderful, caring and professional as this vet-lady is, she couldn't save Ruby's leg and it had to be amputated.

A horrible and very traumatic experience for the brave Ruby, who needs to adapt to a new life, with only 3 legs.  The darling girl, is coping very well and she is so playful and active and engaging in chasing her sister, and vice versa, you wouldn't think she has been through such trauma.

Having watched over them for the past months, I believe that now, more than ever, both sisters should be adopted together, as Ruby needs Raya, to help her mentally and physically heal.

What is imperative, is that the future adopting parent, should not have other cats or dogs as every time a dog barks, Ruby goes and hides and she is very nervous and uneasy. A safe garden would be very appreciated and desired by both of them, as they are young, free spirits who love exploring.

Raya (F) HC5628

Age: 14 months
Raya is related to Ruby

Raya and Ruby are two delightful sisters who came into our care as the current owners didn't want them and had no intention of having them spayed.

Despite not getting much attention they are the sweetest kittens anyone could wish for. It took them a month to settle in their foster home so it's likely they will be shy when they first move.

An ideal home for them would be a mature adult only home and once settled they will be a joy.

They love each other so must be homed together.  See notes on Ruby following an accident and losing a leg. We have no idea what happened but nothing fazes her and she is running around quite happily.  She has become even closer to her sister as she probably still feels a little vulnerable.  The second photo is of Ruby

Milo (M) HC5643

Age: 3 years
Urgent rehoming required

Milo is a kind, calm, and talkative tuxedo cat who loves vocalizing and letting his human know when he's happy or in need of a cuddle!

Having spent most of his life on the streets, Milo has undoubtedly seen some difficult things. He was rescued after asking for help for a wound on his face and is now recovering well. Despite his past, he has so much love to give and absolutely adores a good head and chin scratch.

Milo has tested positive for FIV and we'd like to find him a home with a secure cat-proof garden that he can enjoy while still coming inside for food, naps and for some attention!        Give him a couple of cat toys, and you'll soon see the playful side of him emerge!   Our fosterer reports that now treated for his wounds and receiving regular care and a warm bed she has seen his playful side and he is becoming loving and if his new owner is patient and allows him to adjust he will settle.

Milo gets along well with other cats, so he'd be a good companion to a household who may have other FIV+ cats.   He is wonderful with his fosterer's two resident female cats (who are not FIV+) with whom there has never been any aggression.

As a stray, Milo hasn't had much exposure to large groups of people or young children. His ideal home would be with older children or in a quiet, adult-only household where he can feel comfortable and safe.

Milo is a loving and resilient cat who deserves a home full of care and attention.   Could he be the one for you?

Snuffles (F) HC5648

Meet the lovely Snuffles!   She was a stray who had a litter of kittens and was passed to us when she became pregnant again.   She gave birth to that litter of 4 just days after she came into our care and could be rehomed with one of them (see HC5671 in the kitten section)

She is an adorable cat, so friendly and she just wants to be loved.

Could Snuffles come home with you?

Jessie was a fantastic & caring mum to her mad bunch of kittens, but is ready for some peace and quiet and attention of her own!

She is confident, and super friendly.

Her fosterer describes her as "one of the sweetest cats I've had the pleasure of fostering.  She was very shy and wary when she first arrived with her kittens, but has grown enormously in confidence & trust & now they have all been rehomed is clearly living her best life!

She is very chatty, and extremely sociable - she will always come running to greet you when you get home, she goes outside occasionally, but is generally happy to hang out wherever you are.  She's not much of a lap cat, but will usually sit on the arm of the sofa with you, or nearby - and she is incredibly affectionate!"

He loves a bit of attention and doesn’t like to miss out on anything. Boots is usually the one to start the mischief and is always at the front of the action. He’s a darling and is one of the first to come and say hello, check out anything new and looks after his siblings.

Flossie has some white on her chest and paws, while Frankie has a white stripe on his face, and magnificent whiskers!

Frankie is slightly more confident than Flossie and absolutely loves to play and chase his toys.  Flossie is a little shy and holds back at first but when she sees that Frankie thinks its ok she follows his lead.

Both will be a little shy when meeting new people for the first time but are friendly when you get to know them.

Peggy (F) HC5717

Age: 11 months
Peggy is related to Sam
Must be homed with Sam

Meet Peggy and Sam!

These two slightly older kittens are a lovely pair.  Peggy is a pretty calico tortie female and Sam her brother is a handsome black and white boy.  They were previously living with people who didn't really want them and kept them outside in the garden believing animals should not be kept in a house.

They have settled beautifully in our care and are well adjusted to household noises.

Update from foster home

Peggy and Sam have been with me now for 8 weeks and are growing into delightful little characters. Peggy is the boss, she jumps on Sam when he is sleeping as she wants to play and is usually the first to eat. They are very friendly and love to be with you, following me around the house and bringing me their toys when they want to play. They need a garden where they can explore and enjoy discovering the outside world. They will make wonderful companions.

Dolly (F) HC5719

Age: 2 years

Dolly was a stray being fed by one of the vet nurses at a practice we us. She has since been placed in a foster home and this is what they say about her.

When Dolly came to us after a long period on the streets, and was quite shy and scared. Over time however, she has blossomed into the sweetest little cat and we are enjoying getting further glimpses of her personality every day!

While she still spends most of her time relaxing in her quiet and cosy den we've built, she also loves to be petted, nap in the laps of her trusted people and scratch at her scratching post. We expect from evidence of her nighttime wanderings about the house that she'll continue to open up into quite the curious and playful companion, as she's also begun to follow us around (especially to the kitchen around her dinner time).

We think that she would best suit a quiet and patient, possibly adult only home, as new places, people, and loud noises are still a little challenging for her, but she is a wonderful cat and we know that with time, love, and care she will continue to grow into an amazing pet.

Dolly has been vaccinated and micro-chipped.

Ghost (M) HC5720

Age: No Date of Birth!

Ghost is a beautiful male bi-color short haired domestic cat. Mainly Snow White fur with a tabby tail and a few black patches, including a heart shaped patch on his side.

He was found abandoned in a local park and has been fed and supported by caring neighbours but would thrive in a loving home.

He's not keen on other cats or dogs so would need to be an only pet. He is friendly and affectionate with people, loves attention, being stroked and will let you pick him up and snuggle him but is also quite an independent boy so won't mind being left alone while people are at work.

Collectively the neighbours have had him neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and just want him to find the loving home he deserves.

There is something quite special about this boy as he has so much love to give and will be a devoted pet.

  • Adult only home required
  • Garden required

Felix (M) HC5721

Age: 2 years

This endearing black and white boy had been living on the streets and was clearly once somebody's pet, but abandoned.  Accordingly he was very afraid.

An obvious thing for us to do once he came under our wing was to neuter and microchip him - but he also had a very nasty tail wound.  After a month of trying to save the tail by keeping it clean and administering antibiotics, sadly there was nothing more we could do as the infection had spread.  On vet advice a section of his tail had to be amputated.    Felix (obviously named due to his colouring) is not bothered by it and the wound healed nicely.

Felix has come on leaps and bounds in his foster home!  He is no longer scared or fearful and has become very loving with them.

Could this boy have a second chance of a happy life with you?   You will need a safe garden for him and a warm bed to offer when he wants it.   He should be fine to live with another cat as he is currently fostered in a multi cat household.

Penny Black is related to Tupppence Mission Inver Maury Basel

Penny is a very human loving cat and has taken excellent care of her six kittens. However, she has now raised them to teenagehood, and she would love to move to a forever home where she can be thoroughly pampered.  She would be happy as a single cat, or with a friend she can play with.

Penny would much prefer that she has more 1 on 1 human time - she adores head rubs and side scritches.  She is very playful as she is still a young lady.

Tupppence (F) HC5725

Age: 23 weeks
Tupppence is related to Penny Black Mission Inver Maury Basel

The Stamp litter were found under a bush barely a week old after Penny Black had been abandoned  The litter consists of Tuppence, Mission, Guiano, Inver, Maury and Basel.

These kittens have from day one run (or staggered) to humans the minute they hear them.  They will happily surround anyone with a stick toy and have been socialised with young children. They are all playful, high energy but love a good snuggle.

Tuppence is the most unique kitten in the litter - only girl, only one with white markings that make her distinguishable, first to do every "adventurous thing",  and the only one still allowed to suckle from Mum!

She holds her own with her brothers, even though she is the smallest but will curl up into a human chest at the first opportunity.

They ought to go in pairs as they all love playing with their siblings

Biscuits (M) HC5734

Age: 16 months
Urgent rehoming required

Biscuits is reluctantly being put up for adopton.  His neighbours don't appreciate him visiting and taking a sneaky bit of their cat's food.

He can be a bit territorial so certainly best as an only cat and ideally somewhere with not too many neighbouring cats.

He is a handsome friendly boy and is neutered, vaccinated and chipped.  He just needs a home now where the neighbours wouldn't mind a visit from this handsome boy.

  • OK with older children
  • Garden required
  • Biscuits has been microchipped
  • Wider coverage area considered

The Shakespeare kittens Othello, Shylock and Viola were living as strays behind a row of shops.  They have been in our care for while now and are ready for adoption.

Black cats and kittens are often overlooked in favour of the "prettier" colours but they are often the most affectionate and have the best temperaments.  Othello has the green collar and is to be homed with his Sister Viola

Ophelia (F) HC5748

Age: 17 months
Ophelia is related to Viola Othello Shylock

Ophelia came into our care with her kittens.   She was being fed behind a shop and then handed over to us.  She has been a good mum to her kittens but is ready for her own home now.

She was shy at the beginning which is not surprising but has become extremely loving and gentle and would make someone a very happy companion.

It's such shame that black cats are so often overlooked but often have the sweetest natures and temperaments.

The Ozzy Crew! (F) HC5760

Age: 17 weeks

Meet the Ozzy Crew!

This utterly adorable band of 6 kittens was rescued from a difficult situation in which they would have struggled to survive. They were hand reared and nursed back to health, so they are very used to human contact and well socialised. It is thought they mostly share the same father, who has endowed them with fine leonine facial features but there must have been at least two mothers because of closely different ages.  They came into our care just when Ozzy Osborrne died so have been named in his honour!

Between their antics they love to be cuddled and stroked and are always happy and excited to see you. They greet you with purrs, leg climbs and are eager to sit on your feet, lap or shoulder.

Their long legs give them agility and elegance.  On their first encounter with stairs they bounded up and down without hesitation – none of the initial flopping and plopping! It’s a joy to watch them bouncing on all fours when they are excited. They are bright, bold and fearless. They love their toys and are very eager for new experiences. They learn fast and adapt immediately to anything new.  All of them are extremely clean. They are good as gold when travelling in the car.

Every single one of them will make a delightful and affectionate family pet and they are suitable for sensible children aged 8 and over.

Sabbath is a special little boy, he is black with a bold and independent nature and is usually  the first to express his pleasure at seeing you. He has the sweetest face which he enjoys being washed. He’s very affectionate and likes to snuggle close and wash your face in return. He will form a close bond with someone. He must be homed with War Pig, his full sister.

War Pig is a beautiful grey female kitten with traces of tabby on her head.  She enjoys her food and her hand rearer says she was the first to get the hang of it!  She is also very affectionate and if someone else is getting attention she comes straight over to see what she’s missing.

Handsome Ozzy is pure grey, very affectionate and lots of fun. He will play with the rattling balls in the tunnel track with the focus of a little boy fascinated with his train set. He likes to climb to somewhere high with a ‘mouse’, to sit and watch what’s going on below.  Ozzy doesn’t like being alone.  He must be homed with at least one of the others.

Bat is a very pretty little tortie girl.  She only has to be looked at and will purr loudly.  She loves to play and cuddle but also likes a hiding place to sleep.  She’s worked out that she can get a peaceful meal by waiting for the others to scoff their fill before going for hers.  She was the first to be up on the windowsill and watch the world outside.

Mr Crowley is perhaps the most unique of the crew genetically with his adorable baby face and black and white markings.  He loves to cuddle and groom the others. He greets people with sweet vocalisations and also won’t be left out of anything.

Iron Man was the last to join the Crew after leaving his initial foster home.  Having been with older cats for play and company it was lovely to watch his him quickly getting to know the rest of the crew.  They all eat, sleep and play together like one happy family so he too would ideally be homed as one of a pair though he could possibly go on his own.  He’s almost identical to Sabbath apart from fine silvery flecks in his coat.  At some point in his young life he lost the tiny tip of his tail which makes him all the more special.

In the pictures from the top you can see Sabbath, Mr Crowley (L) with WarPig (R), Ozzy, Bat and Iron Man

Donut (F) HC5780

Age: 11 months

Donut came into our care as a heavily pregnnt stray and gave birth to 4 kittens who will soon be ready for adoption.  She's been a very good mum and has turned out to be a very sweet and freindly little cat.

Now she  has finished "mummy" duties she is looking for her forever home.  She's made it quite clear she wants to be the only cat in the family 6so she can have all the love and attention for herself.  We think she deserves just that.

She will be spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped before adoption.

Emmy (F) HC5786

Age: 3 years

Meet Emmy !!

She is a very pretty dark tortoiseshell, a playful little lovebug who’s ready to find her forever home!

This darling girl has a big personality, she adores zoomies, feather toys, and chasing anything that rolls. When she’s not being silly, Emmy is incredibly affectionate and loves to curl up next to you for purrs and cuddles.

She’d make the perfect companion for someone looking for a fun, loving, and loyal feline friend. Emmy has been a joy to foster, and now she’s ready to share her heart with her forever family.

Widget, Sprocket & Bolt (F) HC5799

Age: 12 weeks

Meet Widget, Sprocket and Bolt.  These lovely little kittens were left motherless around the age of 6 weeks old when their mother was killed.

They are lovely little kittens, jet black, very cute - and curious and playful as all kittens should be!

Bolt is the boy and he is the biggest.  Widget and Sprocket are both girls and Widget is a tiny girliee and the quietest. They love scooting around chasing balls, having a good climb on the cat tree, playing with the mini ball track and then looking for the next new toy.   All followed by a lovely kitten nap of course.

The trio have started their vaccinations and will be microchipped before rehoming.

In the photo Bolt is at the back with the yellow collar, Sprocket is on the right with the orange collar and Widget is in the foreground on the left.

Simba (M) HC5807

Age: 17 months
Simba is related to Neo

Simba is an adorable male tabby cat that loves to be stroked and to be made a fuss of whenever he can. When he’s sitting on your lap and being stroked, he’ll rub his face up against yours and increase his purr volume the more you stroke him. He settled in really quickly and was happy to be stroked from day one.

He enjoys playing with some toys like a wand toy, catnip ones, or a laser pen. But in this settling period while he’s indoors, he seems mainly content to lay on his bedding or to be in the room with you relaxing together. Simba is also a foodie and will make sure you know when he wants something to eat.

Simba is currently living with Neo HC5808 who he was rescued with, but we do not believe they are related and our not sure how they ended up being together before they were rescued.

We’re currently assessing them to see if they would be best suited to be re-homed as a pair or individually.

Neo (M) HC5808

Age: 13 months
Neo is related to Simba

Neo is a cute tabby and white boy who has very soft fur, a cute small face and big, adoring eyes. He settled into his foster home very quickly and could be stroked right away.

He’s a bundle of energy and very playful. When he’s awake, he can keep himself busy just exploring or playing with toys. Sometimes he’ll sit in the box of toys to let you know he wants you to join in and, when he’s playing, he often makes cute little noises.

He likes to be stroked, and you can pick him up for a cuddle when he’s in his quieter moments. He enjoys being near you and having an afternoon nap next to his fosterers on the computer desk, or on their bed.

Neo is currently living with Simba HC5807 who he was brought in with, but we do not believe they are related and are not sure how they ended up being together before they were rescued.

Lumi (M) HC5813

Age: 14 months
Lumi is related to Marshmallow aka Mallow

Meet Lumi - his name is Finnish for Snow.  He came into our care from a mult-cat household with Mallow who we think may be his mum.  They are both boarding at the vets waiting for foster or adoption

As is fairly common in pure white cats Lumi is deaf so will need a spacious indoor home.  He also has very mild cerebellar hypoplasia which means he is a little bit wobbly at times.  It's only noticeable when he's eating,

None of this bothers him he's a sweetheart, playful, loves other cats and people.

  • Garden not essential
  • Lumi has been neutered, microchipped and has started vaccinations

Marshmallow aka Mallow (F) HC5814

Age: 23 months
Marshmallow aka Mallow is related to Lumi

Mallow came into our care from a multi-cat household and is currently boarding at one of our vets along with Lumi the pure white cat on our website.  It's possible she is Lumi's mum as they are very close.   She's a pretty little cat with her slightly fluffy coat and the little white tuft on her chest.

Whereas Lumi is super confident, Mallow is more timid and finds boarding at the vets stressful with all the staff coming and going. She is timid but gradually gaining confidence.

We would really like to get them both out of the vets and into a home, ideally adopted but fostering is an option.
